The city of Memmingen, Stadtwerke Memingen, is planning the construction of a combined indoor and outdoor pool as a year-round pool.

The new building is to be realized on the site of the existing outdoor pool, after demolition of the existing one. The new combination pool includes a 25-metre swimming pool with 8 lanes, a diving facility 1 metre / 3 metre, a teaching pool with approx. 12.5 x 10 metres, a course pool with lifting floor, a toddler pool and other attractions. In the area of the outdoor pool, a 50-meter pool with 6 lanes, a non-swimmer pool with approx. 500 m² with various attractions and a toddler pool with approx. 100 m² will be built. In addition to a beach volleyball court, a playground and the like, an outbuilding with changing rooms, sanitary facilities and a kiosk will be built in the outdoor facilities.

Scheduled schedule:

Start of work within 12 working days after receipt of the request, which is expected to be received by week 12/2023.

The service is to be completed (to be completed ready for acceptance) within 909 working days after the aforementioned deadline for the start of execution.
