Mastery of infrastructure works as part of the implementation of Planoise's New Urban Renewal Program (NPRU).
The common goal of these missions is to contribute to the implementation of Planoise's urban project. It is broken down according to the following issues:

- address equipment and make clear the limits of the different spaces (public / private),
- improve the residential quality of housing, encourage and support private investment (from donor partners or condominiums of homes or businesses),
- Facilitate the steps of consultation until the completion of shared solutions to consolidate the environmental qualities and specificities of the neighborhood, and promote the ability of residents to act.
