Bindal municipality shall, in accordance with the municipal council's resolution, finance its investments in 2014 with a loan of NOK 9 854 000.

Repayment: Serial loan over 20 years.

Interest rate:

* Alt 1: Floating interest rate connected to three months NIBOR, read Reuters at 12:00 two bank days before the start of the period, with the addition of the offered/agreed margin.

*Alt 2: Fixed interest rate for 3, 5 and 10 years respectively.

* The decision on fixed or floating interest rate will be made at a later date.
