Natural stone work with granite slabs, paving work, drainage work, waterproofing work, creating an external staircase system, concrete and reinforced concrete work for foundations, water-bound ceilings, planting substrates

The main work includes:

New granite slab covering: approx. 180m2

Creation of external staircase system consisting of 4 flights of stairs with 6 gradients each

-Excavation approx. 200m3

-Creation of Stb stiffening foundations

-Creation of handrails for external staircases made of steel

-Granite block steps: 24 pieces, length approx. 4.50m

Construction of sewage pipes: approx. 50m

Height adjustment of inspection shafts and manhole covers

Sealing work:

-Vertical drainage layer approx. 15m2

-Edge end profile as retaining rail: approx. 60m

-Sealing with mineral sealing slurry, open to diffusion: approx. 10m2

Brechsandeinfüllung: ca. 3t

Unterbauschichten: Schottertragschicht ca. 250t

Expansion and replacement of existing granite slab stones: approx. 50m2

Expansion and re-installation of existing paving areas: approx. 15m2

Kleinsteinpflasterarbeiten: ca. 50m2

New granite slab pavement format 32x30cm and 45x31cm: approx. 20m2

Creation of benches made of granite, steel, solid oak, incl. substructure made of lean concrete: 3 pieces
