The city of Rietberg plans to expand the school center. The planning should take place in one go, the realization is planned in one construction phase, although the client reserves the right to implement the extension in construction stages.
To plan is a new central structure for the 5-speed gymnasium. The building construction department of the city of Rietberg has already developed and prepared an overall concept (draft planning) and based it on the decisions of the political bodies. This concept should serve as a basis for further planning.
Technical equipment (phases 1 - 9 in accordance with HOAI § 55 in conjunction with Annex 15, groups of units 1 - 3 and 7 - 8)The contract includes freelance planning services.
The following services should be awarded:
- Technical equipment (phases 1 - 9 in accordance with HOAI § 55 in conjunction with Annex 15, groups of units 1 - 3 and 7 - 8) [lot 1],
- Technical equipment (phases 1 - 9 in accordance with HOAI § 55 in conjunction with Annex 15, groups of units 4 - 6) [lot 2].
The required services are based on the performance images of the HOAI. The client reserves the right to a step-by-step and, if applicable, construction section-based commissioning.
Extensive advance payments have already been made by the client. At the negotiation stage (stage 2 of the procedure), tenderers are invited to make an assessment of the services to be provided in service phases 1 to 3 on the basis of the documents made available in the terms of reference with the invitation to tender.
