Preparation of a municipal heat plan for the state capital Düsseldorf

The preparation of municipal heat planning includes an analysis of the current situation, a potential analysis, based on this the development of target scenarios and an overall strategy, which is underpinned by the identification of focus areas and the development of concrete implementation measures in order to achieve the goal of climate-neutral heat supply by 2045 in the most energy-efficient way possible. Stadtwerke Düsseldorf AG and all other relevant stakeholders must be actively involved throughout the entire process. In addition to the preparation of the municipal heat plan, the subject of this call for proposals is the development of an update and consolidation strategy with a controlling concept, the implementation of stakeholder and public participation as well as general organizational tasks.
