the services, subject of this contract, concern the "Cleaning of the fairground markets of the Village and Frédéric Joliot-Curie, the collection and disposal of waste abandoned by traders for recovery according to the proposals of the holder in order to achieve water savings and enhance the carbon footprint of the city of Sarcelles

This contract consists of carrying out the services on the two fairground markets:

- the collection and recovery of biowaste (average of 450 kg/week), cardboard and paper (average of 450 kg/week) and crates, pallets and wood (average of 450 kg/week),

- the collection of plants on the perimeter of each market must be treated in accordance with the regulations,

- other so-called household waste will be stored in bags by traders (8 tons/week) and will have to be treated according to regulations,

- Emptying the contents of the waste paper baskets located in the perimeter and replacing plastic bags is also included in the emptying service.
