Task No. 1: Collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners residing in the municipality of Bełżyce
Task No. 2: Collection and transport of municipal waste from the municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).
1. The subject of the contract is: performance of a service consisting in: receiving
and transport of municipal waste indicated in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order constituting an annex to this SWZ, from real estate located in the Municipality of Bełżyce, where residents live, and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, located in Bełżyce, Przemysłowa 26 Street, to the municipal installation in Bełżyce, Przemysłowa 35 A, 24 – 200 Bełżyce.
2. The Contracting Party shall not allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders - the detailed justification is contained in the SWZ.

Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c of the GDPR in order to conduct the public procurement procedure in question and the conclusion of the contract, and the legal basis for their processing is the legal obligation to apply formalised procurement procedures public resting with the Ordering Party; (Municipality of Bełżyce).
