1. The subject of the contract is the ongoing maintenance of cleanliness and urban greenery in the Świebodzin Commune divided into 5 tasks:

1.1. Task 1: Zone and city,

1.2. Task 2: Zone II city,

1.3. Task 3: Zone of parks and squares in the city of Świebodzin,

1.4. Task 4: West and East Village Zone,

1.5. Task 5: Comprehensive implementation of green arrangement services in the city of Świebodzin.

2. The detailed scope of the contract and the conditions for implementation are set out in the Detailed Description of the Object of the Order (OPZ), as set out in Annex 1 to SWZ, together with the Annexes.

3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Model Contract constituting Annex No. 10-1 to SWZ (Task 1), Annex No. 10-2 to SWZ (Task 2), Annex No. 10-3 to SWZ (Task 3), Annex No. 10-4 to SWZ (Task 4), Appendix No. 10-5 to SWZ (Task 5).

Task 1: Zone I city, including, m.in, sweeping sidewalks and 0.50 m of the roadway strip, emptying street baskets and baskets for dog droppings, winter maintenance of sidewalks, post-winter wet cleaning of parts of the roadway belt, duty, cleaning of advertising poles, cleaning bus stops and coves, cleaning of sewage grates and maintenance of urban greenery, care of flower beds and gazons, trimming and forming hedges and shrubs.

Task 2: Zone II of the city, including, m.in, sweeping sidewalks and 0.50 m of the roadway strip, emptying street baskets and baskets for dog droppings, winter maintenance of sidewalks, post-winter wet cleaning of parts of the road lane, duty hours, Christmas cleaning in front of the monument, cleaning of advertising poles, cleaning of bus stops and coves, cleaning of sewage grates and maintenance of urban greenery, care of flower beds and gazons, trimming and forming hedges and shrubs.

Task 3: Zone of parks and squares in the city of Świebodzin, including, m.in, sweeping sidewalks and 0.50 m of the road strip, emptying street baskets and baskets for dog droppings, winter maintenance of sidewalks, wet post-winter cleaning of parts of the road lane, duty, Christmas cleaning in front of the monument and maintenance of urban greenery, care of flower beds and lawns, trimming and forming hedges and shrubs.

Task 4: West and east village zone, including, m.in, emptying street bins, cleaning advertising poles, cleaning bus stops and coves, maintaining cleanliness in the area of pedestrian and bicycle paths and maintaining urban greenery, trimming and forming hedges and shrubs.

Task 5: Comprehensive execution of green arrangement services in the city of Świebodzin, consisting in making plantings, watering and caring for plantings, performing winter decoration.
