Larvik municipality will procure a framework agreement for consulting engineer services within the fields of road infrastructure, water and sewage.

The purpose of the framework agreement is to secure access to consultants who can assist Larvik municipality's project managers in the fields of road infrastructure, water and sewage with, among other things:

- preparation of preliminary projects

- detailed engineering design

- formulation of the tender documentation

- execution/administration of special assignments that are outside the specific subject areas mentioned in this framework agreement, but which are necessary to be able to carry out the applicable road, water and sewage projects. In such cases, the tenderer must be able to carry out contests in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and Larvik municipality's goals for procurements.

The total value of the procurement is estimated at NOK 56 million over a period of 4 years - NOK 14 million per year.

The stated volume is an estimate based on some statistics and information from current suppliers. This estimate is not a guarantee and may vary based on funding and political priorities.

Larvik municipality will enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 4 companies.

The agreements will commence for 2 years with an option for the contracting authority to extend for 1 + 1 year.
