Larvik municiality invite turnkey contractors to a restricted tender competition above the EEA threshold in accordance with the regulation's parts 1 and 3 for the project "New 1-7 school with family centre, multi-purpose hall and nursery". The aim of the competition is to procure turnkey contractors for the engineering design services and construction of a new school, family centre, multi-purpose hall and nursery. A turnkey contract has been chosen for interaction as the execution model for the project.
