The Métropole du Grand Paris is the granting authority within the framework of the concession contract relating to the design, construction and operation of the CAO as well as the design and construction of the crossing of Boulevard Wilson and the A1 connecting the CAO to the stadium of France.

The missions of the holder of this contract will revolve around three main components:

- first of all the technical and methodological monitoring of the concession contract and all of its developments;

- then, a mission to analyze the interfaces with the projects in the vicinity of the granted right-of-way and to monitor the coordination during the construction phase;

- finally, a mission of assistance to the conceding authority within the framework of the monitoring of the works phase.

Assistance mission to the licensing authority for monitoring the design and construction of the Olympic Aquatic Center (OAC) and the adjoining crossing.
