The city of Bitterfeld-Wolfen intends to plan and construct a replacement new construction of the bridge over the Lober (Loberbrücke) in Burgstraße, which connects Friedensstraße (B 100) with the Council Wall. The owner of the area is the city of Bitterfeld-Wolfen, which is therefore the client for the planned construction project.
As stability (bridge test score 4.0) has decreased significantly over the years and is therefore significantly impaired and traffic safety is increasingly endangered, it is necessary to build a new replacement bridge.
The new bridge over the Lober is to be built as a single-field structure. The adjacent development of Burgstraße 1b must be taken into account. Parallel to the planning, the AZV is laying a new waste water duct in pipe jacking. Various other cable runs also need to be coordinated in the planning process.
Since the bridge over the Lober is the northern access to the city center and a city gate was located at this location in the past, this exposed location must be taken into account when working on the performance to be provided.
Planning engineering structures
The scope of services should be basic services of the individual service phases 1 to 9 in accordance with Appendix 12 (to § 43 paragraph 4, § 44 paragraph 5) HOAI.
On the basis of Annex 12.2 HOAI, the structure is assigned to fee zone IV.
It is intended to carry out a gradual order:
- Level 1: Work phases 1 to 4 according to § 43 HOAI
- Stage 2: Work phases 5 to 9 according to § 43 HOAI
Special services:
- Contribute to the funding process
- Participation or preparation of interim usage reports and the final proof of use, as well as participation in calls for funds
- Create a marking and signage plan
- Local construction supervision
- management coordination

Service contents should be basic services of the individual service phases 1 to 6 in accordance with Appendix 14 (for § 51 paragraph 5, § 52 paragraph 2) HOAI. A detailed description of services can be found in the attached contract template.
On the basis of Annex 14.2 HOAI, the structure is assigned to fee zone IV.
It is intended to carry out a gradual order:
- Stage 1: Work phases 1 to 4 according to § 51 HOAI
- Stage 2: Work phases 5 to 6 according to § 51 HOAI
