This consultation concerns a contract for the supply and installation and maintenance of fences in the territory of Grand Paris Seine Ouest and the communes of Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Marnes-la-Coquette, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves and Ville-d'Avray, members of the group of orders.

This consultation concerns a contract for the supply and installation and maintenance of fences in the territory of Grand Paris Seine Ouest and the communes of Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Marnes-la-Coquette, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves and Ville-d'Avray, members of the group of orders. The contract is essentially a public works contract. This is a single-attribution framework agreement to purchase orders processed on the basis of unit prices, without a minimum or maximum amount, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2125-1, R. 2162-2 et seq. of the public order code. An agreement to group orders for the award of various contracts for works, services and various purchases concerning green spaces was signed on 10.2.2020 between the territorial public establishment Grand Paris Seine Ouest (GPSO) and the communes of Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Marnes-la-Coquette, Meudon , Sèvres, Vanves and Ville-d'Avray. The territorial public institution GPSO is coordinator of the group of orders only for the award of the contract, and its execution is the responsibility of each member of the grouping.
