Sametinget would like to receive tenders for a framework agreement for external assistance for reviews, evaluations and analyses.

We envisage that this assistance shall cover the following services:

— Assistance with preparing trade and business analyses.

— Evaluation of the Sametinget's policy instrument schemes.

— Evaluations of Sametinget's areas of activity. This can be policy instrument use, implemented projects or Sametinget's ways of organising the entity.

— Needs analyses and mapping.

— Impact assessments.

— Professional development work.

— Assistance with obtaining knowledge for notification work.

Examples of possible evaluations and reviews:

— Evaluation of the publishing grant.

— Evaluation of the grant scheme for Sami book busses.

— Evaluation of the teaching aid scheme and other grant schemes in basic education.

— Evaluation of grants for developing teaching aids.

— Follow-up evaluation of the culture business project.

— Analyses of culture development in Sami areas.

— Social and business analyses of Sami areas.
