The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties located in the Wielka Nieszawka Municipality related to the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the Municipality in the period from 1 January to 31 December 2024. The scope of the contract includes in particular:

1) provision of services consisting in the collection, transport and transfer of collected municipal waste to the Municipal Installation indicated by the Contracting Authority from the owners of real estate where residents live, located in the Wielka Nieszawka Municipality and accompanying services related to maintaining cleanliness and order in the Wielka Nieszawka Commune. The scope of the contract applies to inhabited and uninhabited real estate, located in the Wielka Nieszawka Municipality The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 1 - Description of the subject of the contract

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties, located in the Wielka Nieszawka Commune, related to the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the area of the Municipality in the period from 1 January to 31 December 2024. The scope of the contract includes:

1) provision of services consisting in the collection, transport and transfer of collected municipal waste to the Municipal Installation indicated by the Contracting Authority from the owners of real estate where residents live, located in the Wielka Nieszawka Municipality and accompanying services related to maintaining cleanliness and order in the Wielka Nieszawka Commune. The scope of the contract applies to inhabited and uninhabited real estate, located in the Wielka Nieszawka Commune, in accordance with the requirements set out in this description and in the Model Agreement constituting Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference, the service also includes the Contractor's provision of access to hard-to-reach points (in particular in winter) by organizing means of transport that enable the collection of waste from address points with a difficult location;

2) provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and transfer of collected municipal waste to the Municipal Installation of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) indicated by the Contracting Authority in accordance with the requirements set out in this description and in the Model Agreement constituting Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference;

3) provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and transfer of collected municipal waste to the Municipal Installation indicated by the Contracting Authority for waste from collection points for expired medicines and collection points for used batteries in accordance with the requirements set out in this description and in the Model Agreement constituting Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference;

4) providing the owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties with containers and bags intended for the collection of particular types of waste, with colors and markings in accordance with the requirements set out in special regulations, in this description and in the Model Agreement constituting Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference, and providing services related to their maintenance in an appropriate order and technical condition. The Ordering Party stipulates that during the period of performance of the contract, the number of containers may change – decrease or increase according to actual needs. In the event of the occurrence of the described situation, the Contractor's remuneration remains unchanged;

5) equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Mała Nieszawka located on plot 26/17 next to the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant with containers/containers for separate collection of selected waste and providing services related to maintaining them in an appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition, in accordance with the requirements set out in this description and in the Model Agreement constituting Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference;

6) delivery of containers to indicated pharmacies and shops as well as public utility buildings and provision of services related to their maintenance in an appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition;

7) conducting various forms of educational activities in the field of municipal waste management, in particular, in the field of selective collection of municipal waste and providing technical support during ecological events taking place in the Wielka Nieszawka Commune;

8) carrying out inspections of the implementation of the obligation of selective waste collection by the property owner, in accordance with the requirements set out in this description and in the Model Agreement constituting Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference;

9) development and delivery of a schedule of services covered by the Subject of the Contract for owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate, located in the Wielka Nieszawka Commune.
