Provision of all necessary TGA planning services of service phases 1-9 according to the HOAI of 01.01.2021 for the new construction of a comprehensive school for the municipality of Brieselang with four trains in the middle school (SEK I) and two trains in the secondary level II (SEK II) with an extension option in the SEK II area to three trains including a three-field sports hall for school and club sports.

The subject of the contract is TGA planning services of service phases 1-9 according to the fee schedule for architects and engineers of 01.01.2021 (HOAI), which are required for the new construction of the comprehensive school including a three-field sports hall.

These are:

- Basic services for the plant groups sewage, water and gas plants, heat supply systems, ventilation systems, high-voltage systems, telecommunications and information technology systems, conveyor systems, use-specific/process engineering systems and building automation in accordance with Annex 15 to § 55 HOAI as well as

- Special services.
