The subject of the contract covered by the present proceedings is the service of maintaining cleanliness in the facilities at the disposal of the Płock District Heating Plant and its surroundings. Cleaning and maintenance services will be provided in the following facilities:

Part I.

a. in the buildings of the Court in Płock at 4 and 6 Gabriela Narutowicza Square, 4a 1 Maja Street, 10b Kilińskiego Avenue

b. around the buildings of the Court in Płock at 4 and 6 Gabriela Narutowicza Square, 4a 1 Maja Street, 10b Kilińskiego Avenue

PART II

a. in the building of the Court in Sierpc at 1 Wiosna Ludów Street,

b. around the building of the Court in Sierpc at 1 Wiosna Ludów Street.

Part III

a. in the building of the Court in Gostynin, 43 3-go Maja Street,

b. around the building of the Court in Gostynin, 43 3-go Maja Street.

The subject of the contract is the service of cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in the facilities indicated below along with the surroundings. The Contractor will provide cleaning services under their own supervision, using professional cleaning products and equipment. The Contractor guarantees that the materials and cleaning products that will be used to perform the services are approved for use in accordance with the law and will be used in accordance with the intended use and manufacturer's recommendations. The contractor is obliged to cover the costs of purchasing cleaning agents, disinfectants, fragrances and garbage bags. As part of the service, the contractor is obliged to provide fragrances, toilet hangers, liquid soap, soft toilet paper and paper towels. During the performance of services, the Contractor is obliged to ensure proper order, compliance with health and safety and fire protection regulations in the area covered by the contract. and shall be liable for damages arising in connection with the provision of services and as a result of other actions of persons employed by the Contractor.

The cleaning and maintenance service will be carried out in the buildings of the District Court in Płock at 4 and 6 Gabriela Narutowicza Square, 4a 1 Maja Street, 10b Kilińskiego Avenue and around the above-mentioned buildings.
