The subject of the service to be provided by the contractor (carrier) is the implementation of men's counselling in the district of Munich to the extent of three full-time positions (3 FTEs). Men's counselling offers men who have exercised or threatened physical, psychological or sexual violence against former or current relationship partners with professionally sound counselling for perpetrators. In addition, in family court proceedings after domestic violence, within the framework of the special guideline (Munich model), gender-specific and, in positive progress, joint parent interviews are initially conducted in cooperation with the Intervention Center for the District of Munich (ILM) in order to develop amicable contact arrangements after separation or divorce. In addition, counselling is provided for children and adolescents who are victims of domestic violence, in the sense of proactive child counselling. In addition, a resource-oriented children's group will be offered in cooperation with the ILM if required and, if necessary, a boys' group will be installed if required. In the area of carrying out accompanied contact in the context of domestic violence, the men's counselling service takes over the contact support or the support of the professionals who carry out this contact in selected individual cases. Furthermore, men's counselling is a clearing house for all men for life crises and various problems.
