The object of the contract provided for the implementation of the ground-water remediation project in the area of former ZCh Zach in Bydgoszcz is:

• the performance of 3 series of soil, land and groundwater quality tests for the area and the area of the ground-water remediation of the environment

• preparation of a report on each series of surveys carried out for the purpose of monitoring periodic changes in the quality of soils, land and groundwater within the remediation area

The scope of the subject matter of the order shall,

A. Preparatory work

1. Acquisition of the existing documentation, documents and archival elaborations held by the Ordering Party and concerning the subject matter of the contract.

2. Conduct field verification of the remediation area and the site located in the immediate vicinity in order to prepare logistical assumptions for groundwater sampling and soil and land samples.

B. Performance of soil and land quality surveys in the area of planned remediation

1. Logistical preparation and arrangement with the Contracting Authority, the Land Owner and the Innovative Partner conducting the process of clearing, terrestrial work in the remediation area of 26.9 hectares.

2. Conscription of land samples from 10 individual sozological probes, at the locations of the execution of archival tests of the so-called “baseline state” and the execution of laboratory tests of sampled samples.

Drilling of individual sozological probes should allow the sampling of soil with a virtually intact structure for the entire drilling geological profile.

3. “Methodology of soil and land quality testing” for the so-called “starting state” is Annex 3 to the OPZ.

A summary of information concerning archival sozological probes is implicated in Annex No 1 to the OPZ.

C. Performance of groundwater quality tests in the area of remediation

and in its immediate vicinity

1. Logistical preparation and arrangement with the Ordering Party, the Landlord and the Innovative Partner conducting the process of clearing, field-work in the area of the remediation and in the immediate vicinity of the site.

2. Conduct of groundwater samples on the designated site for the benefit of existing, archival and drilled observation holes, archival wells and drilled technological wells, together with field markings of indicated physicochemical parameters, and the execution of laboratory tests of sampled samples.

3. “Groundwater quality test methodology” for the so-called 'starting state' of the new Annex 4 to the OPZ.

A summary of the observation holes provided for sampling and for use during field tests is set out in Annex No 2 to OPZ.

D. Preparation of a report on the implementation of environmental work and research for each of the THREE research SERIES

1. Development of obtained laboratory data in the field of occurrence

in soils, soil and groundwater substances indicated for testing

2. Summary and evaluation of obtained results of laboratory tests of soils and land

with regard to the criteria to be tested under the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 1 September 2016 on how to assess land surface pollution and the current use of the verified site (forest area)

3. Preparation for the remediation area (26,9 hectares) of the text part and tabular and graphic accounts showing the quality of soils and land, taking into account verified substances, showing temporary changes in quality in the sto-sunku to the so-called “starting state” and results from subsequent series research

4. Evaluation of the results of laboratory groundwater tests obtained in seeding to the criteria arising from the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 October 2019 on criteria and how to assess the condition of unitary groundwater parts

5. Develop in text form and in the form of graphic attachments

(m., including thematic maps) information about the depth of flooding of the water table

underground and groundwater quality status in the area of remediation work carried out, taking into account verified substances;

6. Imaging by means of graphic attachments timely changes in quality in the sto-sunk to the results of the so-called “starting state” determining the quality of the ground-water environment before the start of the treatment process and subsequent test series
