Advice and support of the competence center for case managementThe following services are to be provided to support the Competence Center for Case Management:
o support in project organization,
o ongoing coordination of project planning and implementation,
o participation in project group meetings,
o Participation in the preparation of milestone reports and documentation of work results and
o Project controlling.
Support during roll-out in the state administration (introductory services)In the further introduction of electronic transaction management, state administration, among others, the following services must be provided:
o Technical support and development of the authority-specific implementation concept (in particular the TARGET concept),
o Technical support in the development of concepts for the integration of specialist procedures,
o Technical support in the development of a data migration concept,
o Professional support in creating technical concepts,
o Support and preparation for client installation and configuration,
o implementation of user support,
o Support in the selection and implementation of measures for authority-specific change management and
o Multi-project management.
training servicesIn the further introduction of electronic transaction management, state administration, among others, the following services must be provided:
o Support in training concept/planning,
o implementation of training,
o training of multipliers and
o Follow-up training or training if necessary.
