As a procedural representative, the Technical University of Braunschweig writes out a framework agreement (RV) in its name and for its needs as well as on behalf of other eligible parties. The framework agreement serves the flexible procurement of products in the area of “Lot 1 endpoint protection solution” and “Lot 2 MailSecurity protection solution” as well as additional system services, which are carried out directly by the offered manufacturer and the contractor. An EVB-IT transfer agreement type B is used as the basis for the contract. Additional purchase and services are ordered on the basis of the VOL/B contract terms. Additional contract conditions of the state of Lower Saxony also apply, which can be found on the award platform.
The demand was bundled into two subject lots. Each lot can be awarded to an economic operator.
