Advisory service aimed at the commissioning of the new Advanced Distribution Management System ("ADMS") of V-Reti Spa. This system is based on a double topological and geographical representation of the network and provides a series of functions designed to interface with the various IT and OT systems in use and suitable to guarantee the planning, design, operation and real-time operation of the network itself, management of operational teams and reporting of the technical quality of the service.

By way of example, the advisory service must consist in particular of the phases of definition of the Work Plan, Program Management Office, technical-functional Quality Assurance of the Project.
