The subject of the award procedure is the planning of the relocation of the media, which are in conflict with their inventory for the new tram line from Potsdam to Krampnitz / Fahrland and the associated change in traffic areas.
In order to cover the increased demand for housing, the state capital Potsdam decided on 5 June 2013 to formally determine the Krampnitz development area in accordance with § 165 BauGB. Krampnitz is about 7 km from the centre of Potsdam and 15 km from Berlin-Spandau Train Station.
In close coordination with the state capital Potsdam, ViP commissioned a feasibility study and subsequently the planning up to LPH 4 HOAI, which includes the technical and economic feasibility of connecting the Krampnitz development area and the adjacent Fahrland district to the tram network of the state capital Potsdam.
Due to the largely special railway body, the tram as the backbone of public transport in its function as a high-capacity, reliable and particularly environmentally friendly transport system can contribute to the avoidance of further traffic problems in the north of Potsdam and to the successful marketing of the Krampnitz development area.
In the course of track and traffic system planning, conflicts with existing media were worked out and recorded in so-called conflict plans and lists. On the basis of these documents, a need for adjustment is seen, the planning of which is commissioned until performance phase 4 of the HOAI as a result of this negotiated procedure.
Planning services for structures and routeLot 1 comprises the section from Campus Jungfernsee to Nedlitzer Nordbrücke and includes on this 1.1 km long section
1. the planning of rainwater retention,
2. the replacement of a sewage pumping station;
3. the adaptation of a culvert structure
4. the planning of the following route objects:
- Approx. 800 m MD gas pipes plus house connections
- Approx. 300 m drinking water pipes plus house connections
- Approx. 500 m sewage pressure pipes plus house connections
- Approx. 100 m sewer plus house connections
- Approx. 500 m rainwater channels plus house connections
- Approx. 1350 m single route length data and communication cable plus house connections
- Approx. 1500 m single route length Electrical systems medium and low voltage plus house connections
5. the planning of construction and transport logistics associated with points 1 to 4
First of all, a conflict analysis must be carried out evaluating the current existing plans and the current transport facility planning in order to determine the necessary extent of the line relocations. Only on the basis of the confirmed conflict analysis does the actual planning scope for the individual route objects arise.
