The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of foodstuffs for the Social Welfare Home in Legnicki Pole, divided into 10 parts: Part I – Supply of general food products Part II – Supply of pork, beef and pork sausages Part III – Supply of meat and chicken products and meat and turkey products Part IV – Supply of fish and fish products Part V – Supply of fresh eggs Part VI – Supply of bread Part VII – Supply of dairy Products Part VIII – Supply of processed products Part VIII refrigerated and frozen food Part IX – Supply of fruit and vegetables Part X – Delivery of peeled vegetables. A detailed description, scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the Offer Form – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.

Delivery of general food products. The detailed description, scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the Offer Form – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ in the Proposed Provisions of the Agreement – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.

Delivery of selected vegetables A detailed description, scope and method of implementation of the subject of the order is specified in the Offer Form – Annex 1 to the SWZ in the Proposed Provisions of the Agreement – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.

Supply of pork, beef and pork sausages. A detailed description, scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the Offer Form – Annex 1 to the SWZ in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.

Supply of meat and chicken products as well as meat and turkey products. A detailed description, scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the Offer Form – Annex 1 to the SWZ in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.

Supply of fish and fish products. A detailed description, scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the Offer Form – Annex 1 to the SWZ in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.

Delivery of fresh eggs. A detailed description, scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the Offer Form – Annex 1 to the SWZ in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
