The agreement mainly consists of carrying out major maintenance, daily maintenance and malfunctions / damage to public lighting.

The activities relate to the functional maintenance of the public lighting installation (OVL) and the implementation of project-based OVL activities and consist of:

- organizing and maintaining an emergency service,

- unfortunately carrying out group remplace,

- performing regular maintenance,

- rectifying faults and defects,

- repairing damage caused by collisions and destruction,

- moving or relocating light poles,

- redirection of skewed masts,

- unfortunately replacement of masts and luminaires,

- maintaining objects of third parties such as ANWB lighting, bus shelters, etc.,

- reporting the work performed through an online management system,

- providing damage information in the event of a collision for the purpose of damage recovery,

- providing mutations for the purpose of databases,

- carrying out projects in combination with civil works,

- carrying out replacement projects,

- providing revision data.

The client intends to have OVL projects carried out under this framework agreement. However, it reserves the right to request a quote elsewhere and also to issue an order.
