1. The subject of the order are:

1) booking, issuing, selling, canceling and changing the booking of airline tickets and delivering these tickets to the Office of Electronic Communications in Warsaw for the needs of foreign delegations and domestic employees of the Office of Electronic Communications;

2) providing comprehensive service for the subject of the contract by e-mail, telephone, online tool - website, for the entire period of service;

3) providing compulsory insurance for travelers and their luggage during the flight.

The Subject of the contract and the terms of implementation of the subject of the order are described in detail in the Specification of the essential terms of the contract (hereinafter referred to in this Notice of Contract as abbreviated "SIWZ"), including in Annex No. 6 to the ToR - contract template.
