1. The subject of the contract includes monitoring the state of protection objects and monitoring the implementation of protective measures in Natura 2000 areas divided into the following 6 parts: Jeziorsko PLB100002 reservoir; Warsaw-Berlin Pradolina PLB100001; Pradolina Bzury-Neru PLB100006; Załęczański Bow of the Warta PLH100007; Dolina Środkowej Pilicy PLH100008; The Warta Gate of PLH100007.

Jeziorsko PLB100002 tank

1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the ToR.

2. The subject of the contract includes for each lot:

1) text elaboration containing:

a) assessment of the conservation status of natural habitats and species in individual Natura 2000 areas, which should be carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 17.2.2010 on drawing up a draft plan of conservation tasks for the Natura 2000 area (Journal of Laws No. 34, item 186, as amended). The parameter "chances of preservation" should be assessed taking into account, in particular, the results of reports on the state of preservation of objects of protection at the national level, submitted to the European Commission, which are available on the website of the Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection (CIEP) at http: //siedliska.gios. gov.pl/ and existing trends and phenomena (e.g. trends in spatial development changes). The results of the assessment of the state of protection should be presented in the form of a field observation form as described in the methodological guides developed for the needs of the State Environmental Monitoring.

The assessment of the protection status of protection objects should be based on:

• data collected during field inspections,

• data from the State Environmental Monitoring,

• other data in the Contractor's possession, which should be indicated in the report summarizing the works,

• Contractor's expert knowledge;

b) identification of impacts and threats to the objects of protection in particular Natura 2000 areas. For each of the identified threats, provide the code and name of the threat and a description in accordance with Annex 5 to the Instructions for completing the Standard Data Form for the Natura 2000 area. Version 2012.1 available at http: //natura2000.gdos.gov.pl/strona/nowy-element-3;

c) verification of the objectives of protective measures and protective measures resulting from the plan of protective tasks, as well as a proposal of additional objectives for protective measures and protective measures (specific actions to be performed, indicating the scope of work, place, date, estimated cost and the entity responsible for their implementation) necessary to improve the state of protection of objects of protection in particular Natura 2000 areas, if the assessment of the state of protection and the threats identified indicates such necessity, having regard to:

- measurability and verifiability of targets,

- the need to remove or reduce identified hazards,

- the need to maintain a favorable conservation status (FV) if that condition has been assessed as being favorable,

- the possibility of achieving an adequate conservation status (FV) if it was assessed as unsatisfactory (U1) or poor (U2),

- the possibility of achieving the objectives during the period of the conservation tasks plan, i.e. 10 years (from establishment),

- existing and potential conditions (including social and economic) and restrictions (including technical, financial, organizational due to lack of knowledge),

- monitoring and verification option.

d) verification of places indicated for monitoring in the plan of protective tasks (in the absence of the subject of protection in the designated location, monitoring should be carried out in another location chosen by the expert, after agreeing with the Employer);

e) expert opinion in the event of the object of protection being not confirmed;

2) an electronic version containing:

a) electronic version of the text elaboration,

b) presenting on maps at a scale of 1:10,000 or more monitored patches of natural habitats and species sites together with transects and phytosociological photos;

c) field observation cards with phytosociological photos;

d) at least two photographs of each monitoring position of natural habitats and species;

e) digital information layers in the ESRI shapefile (SHP) format in the PL-1992 rectangular flat coordinate system documenting the distribution of natural habitats and species in the Natura 2000 area;

d) expert opinion if the subject of protection is not confirmed
