The successful tenderer will be required to provide insurance services to The Mill Academy and Bicester Learning Academy. A separate proposal is required for each Academy and each Academy will be make its own decision on their preferred supplier. The Mill Academy currently consists of three schools — The Henry Box School (secondary), Queen Emma's Primary School and Finstock Church of England Primary School. Bicester Learning Academy currently consists of two schools — The Cooper School (secondary) and Glory Farm Primary School.

Bicester Learning Academy requires insurance services in respect of the current two schools in its Trust. These schools are The Cooper School and Glory Farm Primary School.

The Mill Academy requires provision of insurance services for the current three schools in its Trust. The schools are The Henry Box School, Queen Emma's Primary School and Finstock Church of England Primary School.
