The contract involves the operation of the thermal installations of the collective boiler rooms (13 buildings) and the solar hot water (SCW) installations (15 buildings) and includes the following services:

- P1: supply of fuel for heating and DHW production (excluding solar ECS) - form of the market: MT (temperature market) and CP (fuel benefit),

- P2: maintenance services, maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of installations,

- P3: major maintenance services and total guarantee of the installations.

The market is composed of 2 tranches:

- firm phase: operation of the thermal installations of the collective heating systems and the installations of domestic hot water (DHW) of all the sites excluding the site n o 6

- optional slice: exploitation of the thermal installations of the collective boiler of the Toulois AEIM household - site n o 6.

Exploitation of the thermal installations of the Toul Maisons collective boiler and solar hot water (ECS) installations including services:

- P1 - energy (temperature market and fuel market and services),

- P2 - maintenance, and

- P3 - big maintenance.
