This supply contract consists of a 60-month rent contract for powerful vehicles intended for police missions in the Boraine Police Zone.

This contract consists of three lots and more specifically:

— lot 1: powerful vehicle of type “Sedan” type unmarked and equipped police — model 1 — assumed quantity: two vehicles,

— lot 2: powerful vehicle of type “Sedan” type unmarked and equipped police — model 2 — presumed quantity: one vehicle,

— Lot 3: powerful “Sedan” type vehicle stripped and equipped with police — assumed quantity: two vehicles.

The renting contract will include in particular:

— the provision of vehicles,

— insurance,

— maintenance and repairs.

The vehicles will be delivered in accordance with the administrative and technical clauses below and according to the inventory annexed to this special specification.
