Execution of the construction project and the environmental impact study of La Guarda Alfacs PHASE II

The purpose of the contract is to structure the general organisation of the work, to establish the characteristics of the materials to be used, to establish the conditions that the process of execution of the work has to meet and, finally, to organise the mode and manner in which the measurements and payments of the works have to be carried out.
