Building lot 1The client intends to expand the passive fibre-optic network in the district in several lots. The project includes laying empty conduits for fiber optic cables and equipping them with fiber optic cables, including cable assembly work on public and private land.
The delivery of the material required for this is NOT the subject of this tender, unless expressly stated otherwise in the service description. However, the contractor shall be obliged to accept the material from the respective supplier on the basis of framework agreements concluded between the customer and the material supplier and to pay it to the supplier. For his part, he may invoice the purchase price to the client at a ratio of 1:1.
