The Contracting Authority is looking for a Contractor who will guide the Owners' Associations in the VOP and Centrum noord districts in the process of private home improvement. The Contractor focuses on the individual owners, the Owners' Associations, managers and its directors. The starting point for the approach is to encourage owners to invest in their apartments. Owners decide for themselves what they invest in and how high they set the bar. The basis is a good cooperation between the Contractor and the Owners' Associations. The working area includes 317 VvE's for the district VOP of which 231 registered with the Chamber of Commerce and for the district Centrum noord 184 VvE's of which 127 registered with the Chamber of Commerce. The maintenance condition varies and the VvE's are active to a greater or lesser extent. The starting points for the approach are to encourage owners to invest in their apartments according to the working method as described in Chapter 3 Program of Requirements.
