Description:

The Landestalsperrenverwaltung of the Free State of Saxony, operation Zwickauer Mulde / Upper White Elster, intends to land a terrestrial survey of the White Elster about 25 km in length, divided into 3 lots.

White magpie - terrestrial surveying services in lots: Lot1 river km 208 + 000 to 217 + 000

The Weiße Elster is to be investigated in the area between river km 208 + 000 to 233 + 150 using model-based water level calculation for the preparation of flood hazard and flood risk maps as well as for the preparation of the flood risk management plan. For this purpose, an engineering office for modeling and map production has already been commissioned. As part of the basic data analysis, a section of watercourse, structure and breakline measurement in the study area is required, the content of which is described below and is the subject of the present inquiry. The primary objective of the survey is the preparation of a baseline plan (digital position and height plan) for the water level calculation, which concentrates on the hydraulically relevant structures of the water hose and consists of height-adjusted, cleanly connected line elements and possibly points. Lot 1 (km 208 + 000 to km 217 + 000) starts at the Pirk dam and ends at Hundsgrün. Four subareas are already represented by inventory data and do not have to be measured, but integrated into the remeasurement. Detailed information on structures, junctions of tributaries and special structures to be considered are included in the working maps. In some cases, surveys of varying quality and extent are already available for the study area. However, additional measurements are required especially for the replica of the body of water and its crossing structures. The respective limits of the stock survey are indicated and must be considered. The contract shall include all services required to complete the work described in the AST above and described in detail below, surveying main waters, tributaries, hydraulic rupture edges (including the sub-items mentioned) and the creation of photographic documentation. The surveying recordings must be made according to the requirements of the requirements stated in this task. The works to be awarded consist essentially of the inclusion of transverse profiles, breaklines and structures on and in the water. From the buildings, the flood defenses and the waters are also maps to make. In order to be able to check compliance with the given quality standards, a test data set must be handed over to the modelers and the commissioned modeler (digital) for the technical and formal (current CAD guideline of the LTV) 3 to 4 weeks after the start of the surveying activity. The examination of the data will be carried out as soon as possible. As a result, if necessary, a joint on-site meeting is carried out in order to rule out incorrect work executions for the further surveying. These services of the creation and transfer of the test data set and the necessary coordination dates, if necessary, are to be included in the surveying services. The measured and evaluated data of the area must be submitted in advance digitally to the modeler and to the LTV for examination (reading version test data record). The data, which are used to check for equal height connection of the measured horizons, are to be transferred as a DWG file exclusively with height-assigned points and lines. After the test routine has been carried out, the data will be returned to the surveyor with a test report, if necessary. The data will be confirmed only if there is a positive result. All services until the confirmation of the data are to be offered and calculated as a basic service within the scope of the survey. After confirming the data, they must be converted into the specified CAD format of the LTV. The current CAD and GIS guidelines of the LTV (see www.talsperren-sachsen.de -> Technical Information -> Information for contractors) must be applied and adhered to.

White magpie - terrestrial surveying services in lots: lot 2 river km 217 + 000 to 226 + 550

The Weiße Elster is to be investigated in the area between river km 208 + 000 to 233 + 150 using model-based water level calculation for the preparation of flood hazard and flood risk maps as well as for the preparation of the flood risk management plan. An engineering firm - hereinafter referred to as a modeler - has already been commissioned for the modeling and map production. Lot 2 (km 217 + 000 to km 226 + 550) starts at Hundsgrün and ends at Jugelsburg. Detailed information on structures, junctions of tributaries and special structures to be considered are included in the working maps. White magpie - terrestrial surveying services in lots: Lot 3 river km 226 + 550 to 233 + 150

The primary objective of the survey is the preparation of a baseline plan (digital position and height plan) for the water level calculation, which focuses on the hydraulically relevant structures of the water hose and consists of height-adjusted, cleanly connected line elements and possibly points. Lot 3 (km 226 + 550 to km 233 + 150) starts at Jugelsburg and ends, due to the required run-up distance for the mapping in the 2D HN model, about 350 m behind the border with the Czech Republic on Czech territory.
