This public contract concerns a 48-month multiannual service framework agreement (from notification, period 2022-2026) with several companies per lot for the drafting of environmental impact studies (lots 1 to 3), the preparation of technical reports (lots 4 and 5) and demolition monitoring plans (lot 6) and services with surveyors (lots 7 to 11).

The beneficiaries of this framework agreement are both Defence and BPO (Belgian Pipeline Organisation).

This public contract is divided into 11 lots:
