The subject of the contract is to supervise the execution of Works and manage the Contract entitled: "Extension of DK 74 on the section Gorajec - Szczebrzeszyn" under the conditions specified in the Agreement with the Consultant and in accordance with the Contract Conditions for the investment task.

Provision of management and control services as well as supervision over the implementation of the contract concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure, hereinafter also referred to as the "Contract", the subject of which is: "Extension of DK 74 on the section Gorajec - Szczebrzeszyn"

under the terms laid down in the Consultant Agreement and in accordance with the Contract Terms for each Part of the Investment Task.

The service includes fulfilling the Consultant's obligations in accordance with the contract, based on GTC and SWK, in particular:

- management, fulfilment of investor supervision and control over the implementation of Works until the date of issue of the Final Payment Certificate,

- carrying out information and promotion activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with the GDDKiA services,

- compliance with reporting obligations,

- providing an investor supervision service for the implementation of construction works and participation in the Guarantee Reviews and supervising the removal of any faults/defects identified in the warranty reviews within the framework of the concluded Contract,

- supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project,

- the exercise of supervision of Works in the field of additional tasks necessary for the implementation of the Project resulting during the implementation of the Contract - awarded under the Law of Public Procurement,

- constant monitoring, conducting and resolving matters related to the proper performance by individual Contractors, of the Contractor's documents and construction works at the interface of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with the Consultant Teams supervising neighboring investments - as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to work out the principles and manner of proper execution of the Contractor's documents and construction works. If necessary, the Leading Consultant conducting the coordination at the interface of the Projects will be appointed by the Contracting Authority.
