Maintenance, minor repairs and detailed inspections of structures. Lot 1: detailed inspections of structures.

These services will be realized on the basis of a framework agreement with several operators (multi-attribute) in composite form:

- it is executed by the issue of purchase orders on the basis of unit prices, for services of less than EUR 10 000 excluding taxes,

- it is executed by subsequent contracts, after reopening of the competition when the need arises, for services of an amount equal to or greater than EUR 10 000 excluding taxes. This framework agreement selects 3 economic operators (multi-beneficiary). The selected economic operators are then declared titular and become exclusive service providers for the duration of the framework agreement.

This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the date of notification for a firm period of one year from the date of notification. It is then renewable annually by express renewal 3 times.
