Open procedure for the award of the service for the dissemination of radio news and traffic information through Call Centers in the manner described in the project documents.

The service will have a maximum total duration of 24 (twenty-four) months starting from the date of the report of the start of the execution of the contract.

The contract may be renewed for a period of 12 (twelve) months.

Art. 106 paragraph 11 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for which the duration of the contract may be extended for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor. In this case, the contractor is obliged to perform the services provided for in the contract at the same prices, agreements and conditions or more favourable to the contracting authority.

The financing is provided by S.p.A. Autovie Venete. The payment of the services to the Contractor will be made in the manner specified in the Special Tender Specifications – General Rules.
