The Baltic States are considered as an interesting market for Norwegian industry. Hence, Innovation Norway wishes to strengthen its presence through an agreement/s with a local consultant/s.

This means that Innovation Norway shall enter into a service agreement with maximum three companies who shall support Innovation Norway Tallinn office in its Baltic operations with consultancy tasks. The Contractor has the need for 1 person in each of the Baltic countries. The consultant will appear and operate as an employee of Innovation Norway, and must therefore be able to represent the Contractor in a professional and correct manner.

The estimated approx. value divided between the various states is:

Estonia: 162 000 EUR;

Latvia: 170 000 EUR;

Lithuania: 581 000 EUR.
