Comprehensive investor's supervision over construction works, including verification of design documentation and material and financial settlement as part of the investment.

1.The subject of the contract is to exercise comprehensive investor's supervision over construction works related to the construction of a training building and the provision of teletechnical infrastructure as part of the following investment tasks:

– task No. 1 entitled: Additional training infrastructure

– task no. 2 entitled: Provision of ICT infrastructure (CIS), hereinafter jointly referred to as the "task",

in the specialties:

1)construction and construction;

2) installation in the field of electrical and power electrical networks and installations;

3)installation in the field of heating, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewage networks, installations and equipment;

4)installation in the field of telecommunications networks, installations and equipment;

5)installation in the field of technical protection systems

along with comprehensive verification of design and cost estimate documentation (construction and executive), full material and financial settlement of the task, development of documentation necessary to carry out the Joint Acceptance Inspection Acceptance Inspection), hereinafter referred to as 'JFAI', together with participation in that inspection and the provision of a comprehensive substantive support and investment advisory service.

2.The scope of works covered by the supervision will result from the design and cost estimate documentation, the development of which the Contracting Authority will commission under a separate agreement of the Contractor of the Design Documentation and from the contract concluded with the General Contractor (hereinafter referred to as "GW") of works, selected in relevant procurement procedures for the development of design documentation and the implementation of construction works, respectively.
