1. The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment to the newly built building of the District Court in Grajewo at 82 Wojska Polskiego Street. The scope of the contract includes the purchase of equipment along with its delivery to the building of the District Court in Grajewo, unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as its assembly.

2. The subject of the contract is divided into 3 parts:

1) part 1 - Furniture equipment;

2) part 2 - Blinds and blinds;

3) part 3 - Information markings of the facility and rooms.

3. A detailed description and method of order execution shall include:

1) Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex 1 to swz;

2) Model contract, constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.
