The assignment consists of carrying out preventive and corrective structural maintenance and projects relating to the objects in the client's real estate portfolio.
The work to be performed and services to be provided by the contractor exist on
outlines:
• Performing preventive structural maintenance.
• Performing corrective structural maintenance.
• The periodic justification of corrective structural maintenance carried out, progress
preventive maintenance and executed (small-scale) projects.
• Coordinating the picket service of the client.
