1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) for the needs of the Iława Municipal Municipality and organizational units of the Iława Municipal Municipality:

The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023 is 4 309.375 MWh.
