1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of equipment for the treatment of atrial fibrillation using the PFA method for the needs of the Hospital Department of Hemodynamics of the Multidisciplinary Hospital of the Independent Public Health Care Center in Nowa Sól.
2. The contracting authority has divided the subject of the contract into 2 lots, called packages, with the possibility of submitting partial bids for individual packages. Each contractor has the right to submit a bid for any number of packages of their choice. Offer for selected
