The present tender concerns the acquisition of turnkey consultancy for Skanderborg Municipality regarding a new daycare centre in Stilling.The daycare centre is to be built in accordance with the Danish Building Research Institute's quality level C with associated production kitchen. The norm for the new daycare centre is 120 children divided into 30 nursery children and 90 kindergarten children as well as 30 adults divided into pedagogical staff and other employees. However, the daycare centre must be designed as a flexible daycare for 0-6 year olds, so that over time the house can adapt to current needs and accommodate variations of both kindergarten places and crèche places. The new daycare is close to the school and will be part of the school and sports area in Stilling.The future building will be planned and constructed in accordance with the "Policy for municipal construction" in Skanderborg Municipality with associated standards. The quality of the building must be such that it retains its value in the future as well. In terms of choice of materials and craftsmanship, the project must be solid. In connection with the planning of the building and the choice of materials, great attention must be paid to limiting operating and maintenance costs as much as possible. This means, among other things, that special attention must be paid to ensuring that the building envelope is made of maintenance-friendly materials and that total energy consumption can be achieved that is as small as possible. In addition to having to comply with Skanderborg Municipality's "Policy for Municipal Construction", the new extension must be built on sustainable principles, which means that the extension must be designed according to the Voluntary Sustainability Class and have a max. Climate footprint of 10.5 kg. CO2eq/m2/year when constructing the new extensions.
