The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) currently operates and is responsible for accounts and pages on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch and LinkedIn. On its social media channels, KAS informs and clarifies about current and historical developments and events, provides insights into its work, markets products such as publications, events or expert interviews, enters into dialogue with the digital community and carries out digital and hybrid event formats. The focus is on the political education mission of the foundation. In addition to the central foundation channels, there are numerous other social media accounts of our political education forums in the federal states and our foreign offices. Occasionally, the foundation is also represented on platforms such as SoundCloud and Spotify with its own accounts. In the future, the foundation will also be involved on other platforms and pick up on new trends.
In addition to analogue channels of communication, digital communication channels such as social media platforms offer the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung an opportunity to address its target groups, to realise its mission for political education and to promote dialogue. The presence on these platforms should also contribute to a better marketing and promotion of the Foundation's products such as publications and events. At the same time, the presence in social media is linked to the goal of building a digital community that primarily includes younger people (pupils, students, young adults, young professionals).
For this purpose, the client intends to conclude a framework agreement with an efficient service provider.
Conclusion of a framework agreement with a contractor.
The framework agreement is concluded for 24 months from the date of award. The
The framework agreement may be extended twice by the client for a further 12 months each. The client shall notify the contractor in writing at least 3 months in advance.
Services shall be called up from the Contractor as required. The retrieval of these services is completely non-binding, in particular there is no obligation for the customer to call for a minimum call for services or deliveries.
