HUS Corporation invites tenders for intake injectors, flow meters, flow regulators and oxygen-air mixers. The elements of the procurement are announced later in this invitation to tender.

The aim is to use competitive tendering to provide safe and easy-to-use products. The aim is also to ensure that the delivery reliability of products is good and that products are available when they are needed.

The object of the contract also includes appliance-linked consumables related to the products offered, which are indicated in the Annex. During the contract period, products belonging to the product groups covered by the contract that are not identified in the product annex may also be purchased, in accordance with the estimated value of the procurement (see procurement agreement).

CONTRACT PERIOD AND SCOPE

The agreement is valid for two (2) years. It may be extended for two (2) option periods of one (1) year.

The estimated total value of the procurement (VAT 0%) is approximately EUR 600,000–800,000. The combined estimated total value of HUS Corporation and the Kymenlaakso wellbeing services county is approximately EUR 520,000–720,000. The estimated total value for the wellbeing services county of Päijät-Häme is approximately EUR 32,000–60,000 and for the wellbeing services county of South Karelia approximately EUR 20,000.

This is an estimate, and the contracting entity does not commit to the amounts in euros indicated and the actual consumption volumes indicated in the invitation to tender. The final order quantities may be higher or lower than stated.

INFORMATION ON JOINT PROCUREMENT

This is a joint procurement of several contracting entities, which is carried out as a procurement ring. The products requested in this invitation to tender will be used by: HUS Group (HUS), South Karelia wellbeing services county, Kymenlaakso wellbeing services county and Päijät-Häme wellbeing services county, City of Helsinki, wellbeing services county of Eastern Uusimaa, wellbeing services county of Central Uusimaa, wellbeing services county of Vantaa and Kerava and wellbeing services county of Western Uusimaa. The Agreement does not create an exclusive distribution right for the Supplier. During the contract period, products can also be purchased from suppliers other than those selected. In addition, products can be ordered for research use or experimentation, for example.
