Assistance to the contracting authority for an interior design service for the future premises of the CAF du Var, with support for employees in managing change. The present procedure aims at concluding a contract having for object the assistance to project owner for a service of interior design of the future premises of CAF du Var, with an accompaniment of the employees in the change management. This assistance to the contracting authority will be responsible for defining the interior fittings of the future CAF building acquired by VEFA. The technical aspects must be mastered for a good design of interior spaces and more particularly those related to fluids (HVAC, CFO / CFA), acoustics, smoke extraction from premises ...). This mission will take place in parallel with the construction of the building in question and will continue until the employees move in. The mission includes 8 phases, as well as 2 optional phases:

- phase 1 - launch of the project,

- phase 2 - adjusted functional program and support for change,

- phase 3 - concept of development and macro-zoning,

- phase 4 - design of micro-zoning plans and detailed plans,

- phase 5 - space design / interior architecture,

- phase 6 - assistance during delivery,

- phase 7 - assistance with the acquisition of new furniture and management of installations,

- phase 8 - transfer engineering,

- optional phase - emptying of the Beaucaire, Garde and Rode sites,

- optional phase - certification.

The specifications of the specific administrative and technical clauses (CCAP and CCTP) define the general and specific conditions of performance of the market services. Applicants are informed that the contract will be concluded in EUR.

Procedures for the submission of envelopes by dematerialized means: the application and the offer must be transmitted electronically. The deposit of the folds will be done only dematerialized on the buyer profile. The deadline for submission of offers is 27.1.2020 (12:00). Modification of an offer during the procedure: offers are transmitted at once. If several offers are successively transmitted by the same candidate, only the last offer received by the contracting authority is opened within the period fixed for the submission of tenders.

Modification of details in the consultation file: the contracting authority reserves the right to make, at the latest 8 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, modifications of details in the consultation file. Applicants must then respond to the modified file without being able to raise any complaints on the subject. If during the examination of the file by the competitors, the deadline for the submission of tenders is postponed, the provision is applicable according to this new date.
