Noorderhart VZW wishes to implement a digital OK platform for the 7 OK rooms. It is essential that the system offered is in line with today's technology and ready for tomorrow's demands.

The file is considered to be one assignment with the contents:

OK digitization: Assignment to provide, post, service and maintenance of a digital image management and storage system including cabling and connection points, routing and displays and including removing all old video cables, video outlets, audio cables, all old power cables from screens, etc..

After initial implementation, the different components, services and accessories of the above system should be able to meet the same conditions on demand through a framework agreement.

Duration: The framework agreement has a term of five years, three times tacitly renewable for one year each time.

In order to provide an adequate picture of the location and layout, it is a requirement that the detained candidates will be present at the site visit that will take place some 14 days after the actual specifications are sent. (If the situation does not allow it at that time, an alternative consultation moment will be scheduled).

Primordially, the impact on the operation of the Operations Quarter should be kept to an absolute minimum. The installation will therefore have to be done after 6 pm and/or weekends, but also the preparation, preparation work (e.g. connection works existing utilities, cabling, etc.) and implementation should be carried out with as little as possible hindrance to the normal operation of the Operatiekwartier and this in close consultation with the relevant services of Noorderhart VZW.

The candidate tenderer should also be able to offer training, inspections, links, after-sales service (maintenance, upgrades, etc.).
